Eric has captured the essence of a beautiful sound, and approaches the cello with great sensitivity, as well as technical virtuosity.”

Alison Griffiths includes in her most influential teachers Julius Baker, Samuels Baron, Albert Tipton, and Brad Garner. Among her 100’s of orchestral, chamber music, and solo performances, she has had numerous opportunities to have been featured in chamber music concerts with the late Julius Baker. Of one of her duet performances with Mr. Baker, a local Utah music critic mentioned, “The blend of Mr. Baker’s and Ms. Griffith’s flute sounds in the Doppler Duet was so flawless that the listener was challenged to figure out where the teacher left off and the student began.”

Kenny Cohen
Director of Student Affairs and Management
Kenny Cohen is currently a Junior at Taft High School in Woodland Hills, CA. He participates in his schools music program, fashion program, nanotechnology program, and leadership program. He plays the violin in the California State University Northridge Youth Symphony. He has much experience in website development, marketing, and graphic design. He loves working with camps and other festivals. Besides from the Utah Music Festival, he also runs the office at the Big Bear Sports Ranch and works with Billy Martin Tennis Camps on advertising and website design.
